Candidates who are passionate in medical science research and interested in the application of micro and nanotechnologies in bio-diagnostic and fundamental medical research.
Eligibility
Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery
Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery with minimum CGPA of 2.75 (or its equivalent).
Bachelor of Science with Hons
Bachelor of Science with Hons in relevant field with CGPA between 2.5 and 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment (or its equivalent).
Bachelor of Science
Bachelor of Science in relevant field with CGPA of not less than 2.75 (or its equivalent).
Bachelor of Science (with working experience)
The Bachelor of Science in relevant field with CGPA of less than 2.50 and a minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field.
Other Qualifications
An equivalent qualification approved by the Senate from time to time; and Evidence of adequate training and ability to undertake the Degree programme of study; and Satisfies the Department responsible for the candidate’s programme of study of suitability of candidacy in a selection interview by the Faculty members.
*Any of the above conditions would require student's research proposal to be approved.
