What will you learn?

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering is a 4-year program, where students are expected to complete 136 credits of study before graduation. Students are also required to undergo industrial training for at least 10 weeks during the semester break in the Second Half of Year 3. The content and structure of the curriculum for this program has been designed in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders and objectives and learning outcomes that have been set. The main objective of this program is to produce graduates of trained engineers in mechanical engineering with additional knowledge in the field of manufacturing engineering. Mechanical engineers are responsible for mechanical design, combustion and fuel technology, heat transfer, materials selection, manufacturing process, automatic control, security products and the impact of technology on society. Mechanical engineers also have to ensure that the design of a device is made with efficient, effective, dependable and economical. In addition, they inspire, plan, design and supervise manufacturing, distribution and operation of various types of devices, machines and systems for material processing, transportation, maintenance and other purposes.

A minimum CGPA of 2.80
