What will you learn?
The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) program is aimed at providing PhD Degree holders with the ability to develop a new/novel knowledge, and expand existing knowledge and application of computing solutions in the organization, society, and worldwide. It exposes the practitioners/researchers to advanced study and training in research, culminating in the submission of a thesis. This program intends to develop research capability, creativity, and ability to collate the results of the research work and to present them in a clear manner, as well as demonstrating knowledge of the literature of the subject.
Eligibility
International students / Entry Requirements
- Masters in the relevant domain; or
- Masters in a related domain with 2 year experience in the domain, including at least 2 publications in the domain; or
- Bachelor degree holder with CGPA 3.67 from recognized university and registered for Master program (structure A) for 6 months to 1 year (full time) or 1 to 2 years (part time) can apply for conversion to PhD subject to assessments and approval.
English Requirement:
- Have taken MUET with minimum Band 2*; or
- Pass IELTS with Band 5.0 and above; or
- Pass TOEFL with score 500 and above

UNITEN Global Scholarship 2019 is for selected International Students who choose to study in UNITEN. The scholarship offers USD1,000 off from the tuition fee.

- Not a recipient of any full scholarship or full financial assistance from any other agency / organisation.
- Complete the scholarship application form and submit before closing date.
